Accounts, plans and usage limits

Understand ALTABRIG account states, plan differences, usage limits and billing navigation.

ALTABRIG Tools has four customer access states in the canonical product model: Guest, Registered Free, Pro and Pro Plus. This page explains how those states relate to access and usage without creating a second copy of the business rules.

Guest

Guest is the no-account state. Guest availability is limited to the tools and limits the product explicitly exposes to unauthenticated users. A tool that requires Registered Free or above must not be described as a Guest feature.

Registered Free

Registered Free is the signed-in free account state. It provides access to the registered-user tool set within the lower free limits defined by the canonical plan matrix.

Pro

Pro is a paid plan. It raises selected quotas and limits over Registered Free according to the current plan authority. Do not describe Pro as including benefits that are not implemented.

Pro Plus

Pro Plus is the higher paid plan. It raises selected quotas and limits beyond Pro where the current plan matrix provides that increase.

Monthly and annual billing

Where monthly and annual paid options are available, the billing interval changes the price period, not the underlying rights and limits, unless a later authoritative decision changes that rule. The live Pricing page remains the customer-facing price authority.

What happens when I reach a limit?

The exact behavior depends on the tool and limit. The product should prevent work that exceeds the current authoritative quota or safety ceiling and explain what needs to change before another job can start. Do not promise that upgrading will solve an error unless the error is genuinely plan-related.

Can I change my plan?

Use the current Plan & billing and Pricing flows. Local/test environments may intentionally disable real checkout or billing actions. Public Help must describe production-intended navigation without exposing local test state.

Are limits shared between tools?

Do not assume all limits are shared. Each module can have its own file, job, workspace, duration or period rules. Use the canonical tool configuration and Usage & limits view.

Need exact values?

Use the current Pricing comparison and authenticated Usage & limits page. Those surfaces should remain synchronized with the same canonical plan authority.
