Troubleshooting ALTABRIG Tools

Troubleshoot upload, processing, browser, sign-in and usage-limit problems with a safe checklist.

Start with the message shown by the product. A failed job does not always mean the service is down; many problems come from file type, file size, plan limits, browser state or an input that cannot be processed as expected.

Upload does not start

  1. Confirm the file type is supported.
  2. Check current file-size and file-count limits.
  3. Select the original file again.
  4. Refresh only when it will not lose important unsaved work.
  5. Try a current supported browser.

File type is not accepted

Use only formats shown by the current tool. Renaming a file extension does not convert the underlying file.

File is too large

Check the current plan limit. If the issue is genuinely plan-related, the product may show plan options. Do not assume upgrading fixes a corrupted or unsupported file.

Processing fails

Read the error and retry guidance. Retry once when the product says retry is safe. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same large or billable job.

Processing takes longer than expected

Large or complex inputs can take longer. Do not refresh repeatedly while an active job is still progressing.

Result does not look right

Keep the original and identify whether the issue is compression quality, visual-versus-textual comparison, PDF rendering, metadata, or transcription. Then use the matching Help article.

Browser page appears stuck

Try:

  1. wait if an operation is active;
  2. check for an error;
  3. reload when safe;
  4. reopen in a current supported browser;
  5. repeat once with the original input.

Do not disable security controls or install unknown software just to make a file work.

Sign-in or account issue

Confirm you are using the intended account. If a route requires Registered Free or a paid plan, Guest access can be denied or redirected by design.

Usage limit reached

Mobile layout issue

A persistent clipping or horizontal-overflow problem is a product defect, not something the user should be expected to work around.

Before contacting support

Provide the tool, general file type, attempted action and user-facing error. Do not send passwords, secret keys or confidential files unnecessarily.
